Participants will include adolescents aged … years who voluntarily agree to participate in the study, with both their informed assent and written parental consent obtained prior to enrollment.
The intervention will consist of several group training sessions based on the MBSP protocol. All sessions will be conducted by a trained researcher.
This study involves no invasive procedures or physical risks. The content of the sessions is limited to psychological education and mindfulness‑based exercises. All participant information will remain strictly confidential, and data will be analyzed in coded form. Participants will have the right to withdraw from the study at any time without any negative consequences.
The findings of the study will be used solely for scientific purposes, and participants’ identities will remain confidential in all reports and publications. In the event that any psychological distress is observed during the sessions, appropriate guidance and referral to a counselor or mental health professional will be provided.
