Adolescents are among the most of social networks and, as a result, their use and participation in social media are more at risk of the risks associated with it. Because the presence of features such as easy access to the Internet, anonymity, viewing negative models, and receiving information prepares the ground for risky behaviors. one of the new problems is cyberbullying, which is becoming a concern. However, despite the increasing prevalence of cyberbullying and the need for research and psychological interventions on the problems and negative consequences of this problem, studies have focused more on traditional bullying and paid very little attention to the phenomenon of cyberbullying, or interventions on this problem and its related variables have been based on interventions unrelated to the culture of our society. Therefore, the need to provide interventions related to the culture and social conditions of our country is very urgent. Accordingly, the present study aims to develop and validate an emotional regulation training package based on spiritual vitality and examine its effectiveness on empathy, impulsive behaviors, and self-perception in adolescents with cyberbullying behaviors. In this study, an emotional regulation package based on spiritual vitality was prepared using a qualitative content analysis method and its effectiveness was evaluated using a quantitative statistical analysis method (MANCOVA) and using the Cyberbullying Experience-Victim (2016), Child and Adolescent Empathy (2021), Barratt Impulsivity (1995), and the Self-Perception Assessment Scale (1962) questionnaires in order to take a step towards improving the quality of life of these adolescents with cyberbullying behaviors.
