Method
The type of semi -experimental and practical study is pre -test - post -test. The statistical sample, including 25 beginner volleyball players, will participate in voluntary Zarandiyeh-Saveh in the age of 5 to 5 years. Then, the subjects completed the consent sheet and the following test will be taken.
Subjects are asked to avoid eating or drinking any supplements 24 hours before the test begins, and 48 hours before the test begins.
The study will be conducted within 4 weeks, during which the experimental group (12 people) 584 mg (292 × 292) · Magnesium oxide containing 350 mg of magnesium (each capsule containing 2 mg of magnesium) receives a test group (12 people). While the control group (N = 13) will receive 500 mg (250 × 250 mg) of maltodoxastrin.
The first session of the test will take at least 4 hours after the meal. Subjects will warm up their researcher for 5 minutes and do the test.
The second session of the test will be exactly the same as the first session, and the subjects are asked to continue their weekly activity and avoid any stimulus and supplement nutrients. In the aftermath of the test, the subjects will take place of placebo (maltodoxatrine) one hour before the start of the test.
