. Objective and statistical population (about 30 words)
This quasi-experimental study was conducted on 15 student athletes aged 14-18 in Qom to measure the effect of 8 weeks of relaxation training (32 sessions) on psychological, physical and salivary safety indicators.
2. Consent and voluntariness (about 40 words)
Before starting, written and informed consent with a full explanation of the process will be obtained from the students and their legal guardians (due to being under the legal age). Participation is completely voluntary and the subjects have the right to withdraw from the study at any stage without any negative consequences.
3. Confidentiality and safety (about 35 words)
Relaxation exercises and saliva sampling are without serious risk and no financial costs are imposed on the participants. Complete confidentiality of personal information, questionnaire results and salivary samples is guaranteed and the data will only be published in coded and statistical form.
4. Implementation commitments (about 20 words)
The implementation of the protocol (including muscle relaxation exercises and deep breathing) is carried out under the supervision of the responsible instructor, and the researcher is committed to fully complying with the research ethics charter at all stages of the project.
