Developing an executive plan to improve service provision in elderly empowerment centers (Farahang) based on the pathology of the current situation

Saray Zendige (Farahang) centers are one of the examples of elderly empowerment centers in Iran, which operate with the support of Tehran Municipality. The present study will attempt to examine the obstacles and challenges of these centers from the perspective of the activists and participants in this project and, by identifying the existing challenges, provide executive and operational solutions to improve the quality of their services. The objectives of this research include the following:

1- Investigating the compliance of services provided in "Sara Zendige (Furahang)" centers with the real needs of the elderly from the perspective of activists and participants in this project

2- Investigating the quality and effectiveness of these centers' services in improving the situation of the elderly from the perspective of activists and participants in this project

3- Identifying the challenges and obstacles in the path of providing services in these centers from the perspective of activists and participants in the project

4- Providing solutions to improve and enhance the quality of services in "Sara Zendige (Furahang)" centers from the perspective of participants and activists in this project

5- Comparing the services provided in the Farang centers with international experiences of international empowerment centers

6- Developing proposed implementation plans to optimize the services of these centers according to research findings
