Living with a child with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is often a stressful factor for the family and affects all aspects of the family. In fact, it has many negative psychological consequences for the family, especially the mother, who interacts more with the child, and it confronts the family with social, emotional and psychological harm and leads to depression, mental fatigue, burnout, tension, stress and high anxiety. becomes Mothers are often so busy taking care of others that they neglect their physical, mental and mental health. The mother's many responsibilities put pressure on the mother's body, mind, and emotions and cause her to feel tired, worn out, and helpless, which leads to violent behavior with the disordered child and even interaction with her husband. Considering the many researches that have been conducted in the field of therapeutic interventions for these children and also self-compassion, little research has been done to investigate the intervention of mindful compassion in reducing mental fatigue, increasing psychological flexibility and the quality of life of the mothers of these children. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to compile and validate the mindfulness training program and its effectiveness on mental fatigue, psychological flexibility and improving the quality of life in mothers of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
