Title: Review of the Health-Centered Monitoring and Evaluation Model in Community-Based Rehabilitation
Introduction: Rehabilitation as a comprehensive process aims to improve the physical, mental and social abilities of people with disabilities. Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) is a participatory approach that focuses on improving the quality of life of people with disabilities in local communities.
Objective: The aim of this study is to design and validate a health sector monitoring and evaluation model in community-based rehabilitation programs.
Main questions:
1. What is a valid health sector monitoring and evaluation model in community-based rehabilitation programs?
2. What are the expected outcomes of these programs?
3. What are the key aspects that should be considered in the implementation of these programs?
Methodology: This study examines various aspects of community-based rehabilitation and its impact on the health of people with disabilities. Data will be collected and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Conclusion: This study can help improve the quality of rehabilitation services and promote the health of people with disabilities and provide effective models for monitoring and evaluating these programs.
Ethical importance: Compliance with ethical principles in research, including obtaining informed consent from participants and protecting their privacy, will be a priority for this study.
