In the present era, sports, as one of the most important cultural and social pillars of societies, play a prominent and multidimensional role in various fields. Professional sports clubs are not only a place for developing sports talents and realizing sports goals, but also have profound effects on the economy, culture, and politics of a society. On the other hand, the successful management of these clubs requires coherent and scientific processes. Theoretically, this research can help develop knowledge in the field of strategic frameworks of sports clubs in Iran and other Islamic countries. By designing a local model for strategic planning, a new model can be presented that is consistent with religious and cultural teachings that helps develop theoretical foundations in the field of sports management. This research also deals with a comparative analysis between Western strategic planning models and local models and can lead to the development of new scientific and theoretical foundations in this field. Examining Islamic principles and foundations in management and comparing them with Western models will help deepen our understanding of cultural and religious influences on sports club management. The present study is not only theoretically important, but can also help improve the performance of sports clubs in Iran in practical terms.
