Introduction:
This study investigates the prediction of job performance based on three variables: working memory, cognitive flexibility, and cognitive resilience.
Working memory is considered a crucial factor in information processing and problem-solving, and it can have a significant impact on job performance. Cognitive flexibility, which refers to the ability to adapt to new situations and environmental changes, may play an important role in an individual's capacity to deal with workplace challenges. Cognitive resilience, defined as the ability to return to a normal state after experiencing job-related stress and pressure, can greatly help in reducing the negative effects of work conditions.
Objective:
The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship and direct effects of these three factors on job performance.
Method:
To this end, correlational analytical methods based on empirical data will be employed. The impact of each variable on different aspects of job performance will be assessed. The research population consists of employees studing in the Allameh Tabataba'i University.
Significance and Necessity:
This study can help managers and human resource professionals develop effective strategies to improve job performance by enhancing these skills and characteristics among employees.
