Abstract:
Growing children require proper nutrition, sufficient sleep, and regular physical activity to maintain their health and improve physiological function. However, recent lifestyle changes and reduced physical activity have raised concerns about children’s nutritional status and sleep habits. This study aims to examine the relationship between children’s nutritional status, sleep habits, and physical activity levels. Standardized questionnaires will be used to assess children’s nutrition and sleep patterns, while physical activity levels will be determined based on daily energy expenditure. Collected data will be analyzed statistically to identify potential patterns and relationships among the variables. The findings of this study may contribute to a better understanding of the factors influencing children’s health and provide valuable insights for health planning and preventive interventions. This research will be conducted in accordance with ethical principles, ensuring informed parental consent and data confidentiality.
