The present study was designed to understand the psychosocial adaptation process of blind children under six years of age (strategies, barriers, and facilitators).
This study will be conducted on at least 15 blind children under six years of age who refer to the Association of the Blind or centers under the supervision of the Welfare Department.
Considering the age conditions of the target population of this study, the participating population will be selected from among the caregivers and parents of the children through purposive and snowball sampling.
Data were obtained through semi-structured and in-depth interviews in conditions in accordance with ethical standards, and thematic analysis will be used to find answers to the research questions and analyze the data..
