Objective



This study is designed to investigate the impact of eating habits on entrepreneurial intention using a cognitive approach. The primary aim is to identify the relationship between dietary patterns and individuals’ intention to start a business. that cognitive devices help us to quantify people's intentions in the laboratory.



Methods



The study will employ cognitive tools such as FNIRS and EEG to assess entrepreneurial intention. Data will first be collected using a food frequency questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. Participants will then be categorized into four groups based on their dietary patterns. Subsequently, in a controlled laboratory environment, the influence of eating habits on entrepreneurial intention will be measured using FNIRS and EEG devices.
