**Objective:** This research aims to examine the effects of the reverse Nordic hamstring exercise on the incidence of injuries and the improvement of motor performance in soccer players aged 12 to 15 years. This study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of this training method in preventing sports injuries and enhancing the physical capabilities of young players.

**Methodology:** This study will be conducted using a pre-test/post-test design with a control group. The sample will consist of 52 male soccer players aged 12 to 15 years from Tehran, selected purposefully and conveniently, and randomly divided into two groups of 26 participants each: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group will undergo an 8-week (3 sessions per week) reverse Nordic hamstring training program, while the control group will only engage in regular soccer training. Post-tests will be administered to the participants afterward.

**Findings:** As this is a research proposal, actual findings are not yet available. However, it is expected that this study will provide valuable information regarding the impact of reverse Nordic hamstring exercises on reducing injury risk and improving motor performance in young soccer players.

**Conclusion:** This research could provide important insights into the effectiveness of reverse Nordic hamstring training in injury prevention and the enhancement of motor performance for young soccer players. The results of this study could assist coaches and sports medicine specialists in designing effective injury prevention strategies and training programs for young athletes, ultimately leading to improved health and athletic performance in this age group.
