As an integrated unit with multiple functions, the school must effectively respond to new needs and express values in a more tangible way. School culture plays a vital role in the success of schools and is recognized as an important factor in successful schools. School culture has a great influence on the academic results and orientation of students and can influence the success or failure of schools. In order to achieve success and meet the expectations of school stakeholders, schools need special attention to school culture. Understanding school culture and strategic planning helps schools to better understand future issues and improve systems, laws and structures so that they can face new challenges. School culture can not only have a positive effect on learning, but can even seriously hinder school performance.
