Adolescents are most present in education and upbringing and every day they make important decisions that are related to their future. Therefore, according to the transformation of the industrial and economic indicators of societies in the era of the global village, which has created major challenges for the transfer of students from school to the world of work. and the numerous problems of academic guidance of the ninth grade students, the main purpose of this research is to make a test to judge the position of career desire in academic guidance. The sample of this research was 150 ninth grade girls and 150 ninth grade boys of Gachsaran city. After the final construction of the test and the selection of high schools for implementation and coordination with their management for the implementation of the test, proper communication will be established with the ninth grade students of these schools, and before the implementation of the test, the answer instructions and the purpose of the test and how to answer the test questions will be explained. It is announced to the students that the main purpose of the test is to modify the test of willingness and aptitude in academic guidance and the results of this test will not affect their grades, and the information obtained from their answers will not be disclosed.
