In today's society, sports and physical activity play an important role in people's lives and can have a significant impact on self-knowledge and the way they interact with each other and help in physical and mental growth (1). Sports analyzes have shown that the increase in the prevalence of obesity is related to low levels of physical activity (2, 3). Regular and daily exercise is an important component in achieving weight loss. The magazine The Healthy People 2000 and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommend regular physical activity for 30 minutes five days a week for weight loss (4). Also, physical health and having a good physical condition are of great importance because various changes and abnormalities can have effects on other aspects of a person's life (5, 6). Medicine and public health in the 21st century are increasingly dependent on technology, one of which is artificial intelligence (7). Artificial intelligence (AI) aims to mimic human cognitive functions, which will create a functional change in health-related care with increased access to data and rapid development of analysis techniques (8).
