Adolescence is considered as one of the most important and prominent stages of a person's social and psychological growth and development. The school also plays an important role in developing the psychological well-being of adolescents. A positive psychological trait that contributes to psychological well-being is mindfulness. Because it teaches people to experience their life moment by moment, this reduces negative psychological symptoms and increases psychological well-being.
In this study, we decided to develop an educational package for promoting psychological well-being based on the mindfulness approach, and measure its effectiveness on coherent self-awareness, emotion regulation, academic self-regulation, and academic resilience of first secondary school students.

The statistical population in the second stage includes the first high school students of Qaemshahr city. The sampling of this stage is random and 30 first secondary students who received a low score in the RIF psychological well-being questionnaire will be selected as samples, 15 people will be in the experimental group and 15 people will be in the control group.
The research method is of mixed type. The first part of the research is conducted with a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method, in which the development of an educational package for promoting psychological well-being based on the mindfulness approach is discussed. The second part is controlled and followed up with a quantitative approach and a semi-experimental method in the form of a pre-test-post-test plan with the test group.
