The population of people with mental retardation is 3% of the world (1). The overall performance of the mentally disabled person is clearly below the average level, so that during the development period, insufficiency and delays in the adaptive behaviors of these children can be seen (3,2). Among the criteria that are used to identify mentally retarded people, we can mention the factor of intelligence, which has sufficient talent to learn and understand things, ability, compromise with the environment, coordination and taking advantage of past experiences. The mentally disabled are divided into 3 groups: 1. Trainable with IQ (50 to 75), trainable (30 to 49) and dependent (below 29) (4). Research shows that children with mental retardation have lower scores in some factors such as: agility and running speed, endurance level, physical strength, balance and reaction time compared to children who do not have this disorder. They are younger and they are also 2 to 4 years behind children without this syndrome in performing some movement tasks (5). Having a suitable body structure or a favorable body position is one of the most important signs of health (6). Kendall defines a good posture as the line of gravity passing through the closest point to the center of the joints, which affects the increase in body efficiency and the reduction of pressures on it (7).
