Dynamic knee valgus (DKV) is a state of the body in which the knees deviate due to excessive valgus and excessive internal and external rotation, and is a common disorder that is observed in the lower limb during dynamic movements and as a The underlying mechanism of knee injury has been introduced. It seems that excessive valgus of the lower limb during dynamic activities such as running, landing is associated with lower limb injuries such as patellofemoral pain and superior cruciate ligament injury. It has been shown that gender and quadriceps angle and the ratio of hip width to thigh length, which is more in women than in men, may contribute to excessive knee valgus in women. Also, the LESS and tuck jump tests are the goals of this study. Used .

The LESS landing Error Scoring System is an easy field test that assesses the presence of high-risk biomechanical movement patterns (errors) during a jump and landing maneuver. Based on research and statistics, many studies have shown the importance of DKV and its detection methods and exercises to prevent and treat it, but so far no study has been done on mental imagery and its effect on DKV. Imagery can be used as a way To implement different skills in one’s mind using different senses of touch sense of sight, smell without actually doing actions
