research method:

In this study, 30 accidents are divided into the control and functional and chamomile control group and will take 3 sessions a week of 40 minutes a week for 8 weeks. 48 hours before the exercise and supplementation, spirometer is performed to measure FEV1 and FVC pulmonary indicators. Blood sampling is also performed to measure CRP of the subjects. These tests will be repeated 48 hours after the last session.

Conclusion:

From the average descriptive statistics and standard deviation to describe the demographic characteristics of the subjects and from the inferential statistics of Shapiro-Coil to evaluate the natural data distribution, the recurrent measurement test at 0.05 for statistical analysis of research hypotheses using the research hypotheses using SPSS 24 software is used. This study can play an important role in improving the life of the elderly and preventing aging -related diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
