The purpose of the research: In this research, we decided to investigate the relationship between proprioception, balance, and fear of movement with athlete performance. Therefore, knowing the relationship and correlation of the factors involved in this injury is of particular importance for the prevention of repeated injuries, the athlete's healthier and faster return to the field of competition.

The research population is 19 male athletes in jumping and landing sports with a history of ankle sprain in Tehran province who referred to physical therapy clinics in Tehran.

Inclusion criteria: Athletes from Tehran province, having an age range of 20 to 28 years, the samples must be male, having a history of attending sports training regularly 3 times a week for at least the last 2 years, the presence of functional instability of the ankle should be detected in the initial screening test. In the last two years, having a feeling of emptiness at least once during daily activities and sports. For example, when the subjects voluntarily consented to participate in the research, having physical fitness to perform the prescribed tests with minimal effort and without pain.

Exclusion criteria: use of drugs that affect the central nervous system such as sedatives, history of fractures, surgery or joint diseases in the lower limbs, have a medical problem that affects balance, such as concussion or hearing loss causing pain in Any part of the body during the test in such a way that the person is not able to cooperate

The sense of the detailed situation using the method of reconstructing the previous situation actively measures the static and dynamic balance with the Time-in-Balance Test and Y tests, the fear of movement is measured with the Tampa Questionnaire and the movement performance is also measured by the side hop test, from Pearson's test. It is used to check the correlation of variables.
