Introduction. A special look at the psychology of sports and related subcategories is the basis for creating beneficial results that are evident in the performance of athletes. The general method of research in this research is to collect research literature by using library studies and by referring to books and scientific databases and articles, information related to the background of this research is extracted. Then, by using field studies (survey) and using a standard questionnaire, the desired information is collected. The statistical population of this research includes all wrestlers who have a membership card in the wrestling team of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmed province in the year 1402-1401 in the youth age group, the approximate number of these people is 5000. The way to select the sample in this regard is the simple random sampling method according to the type of study, title, goals, assumptions, generalizability of your research, etc.; Also, according to the purpose of the research, only people in the age group of 16 to 19 years are present in the research. Therefore, in the first part of the research, to explain the statistical sample of the research, which is according to Morgan's table, there were at least 281 wrestlers.
