Considering the importance of parenting and the influence of the theory of mentalization in recent years, this research intends to design an educational package by examining and exploring the mentalization of successful mothers in relation to their children, in order to help improve the parent-child relationship. The method of this research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative with a focus on qualitative findings. In the first part, according to the findings from the qualitative interview, find out how the reflective parenting components in the theory of mentalization are in mothers who have a high reflective capacity, and how they understand or discover the inner world of their child. In the quantitative part of the research, the findings from the qualitative part will be used to design an educational package based on mentalization. The reliability and validity of the package designed based on the opinions of counseling specialists in the field of children and then on mothers who have challenges with their children will be checked, and its effectiveness will be measured using the experimental design of the control group and evaluation evidence.
