The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of 8 weeks of Pilates, Yoga and Theraband exercises on the maximum oxygen consumption of female students with postural kyphosis. In order to conduct this semi-experimental study, 45 female students aged 14 to 18 years with a kyphosis angle greater than 42 degrees are selected. In this study, kyphometer will be used to evaluate back kyphosis, as well as pulmonary function indicators such as vital capacity, active expiratory capacity in the first second, and the ratio of active expiratory capacity in the first second to capacity. Vitality will be evaluated using spirometry. After evaluating the subjects' variables, they will do exercise programs for 8 weeks and three sessions per week. After the end of 8 weeks, re-evaluations will be done in three groups.
