Co-parenting is specifically related to the cooperation between two parents in raising a child. In other words, the term co-parenting refers to the horizontal interactions between two parents, while the word co-parenting describes the vertical interaction between a given parent and the child. Although there is no single theory for There is no definition of this concept, a number of researchers have presented more comprehensive and accepted theories of this concept. For example, the conceptual framework of co-parenting developed by Feinberg includes four overlapping domains: parenting agreement, support/undermining of co-parenting, division of labor, and co-management of family dynamics. This questionnaire has been studied in different societies and countries. Chris May et al. (2023) examined the validity and reliability of this tool in the Brazilian community and obtained Cronbach's alpha of 0.89 for the entire scale. Kong and Feinberg (2020) in the Swedish community, Ju et al. (2022) in the Chinese community, and Antavati et al. (2023) in the Indonesian community examined the validity and reliability of this scale and introduced this scale as valid in their community.
