This research will be done in order to identify the challenges and adaptation strategies of women heads of households with their multiple roles. According to experts, the most important problem of being in the position of a single parent is playing multiple roles that are in conflict with each other. People have different adaptive methods against the stress caused by injury. Adaptability is how the system balances between change and stability. People who know their limitations, have learned ways to deal with them, use these ways against conflicts and control their desires to respond to them at the right time are called adaptable. So far, many researches have been conducted in the field of female heads of the household. These researches are mainly done around a few limited axes .Considering the increasing trend of this phenomenon and its impact on the family and society, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and holistic review.
