The main issue of this thesis is what are the dimensions and components of professional development based on emerging technologies and self-efficacy of primary school teachers and what model can be designed for the professional development of primary school teachers based on emerging technologies and their self-efficacy and finally whether Is it possible to obtain sufficient evidence of the validation of the mentioned model among primary school teachers?

Therefore, the current research is theoretical in terms of its purpose, in terms of the nature of research (quantitative/qualitative) it is to better distinguish decisions from both methods or the same method. In the qualitative part of the statistical community, there are experts in the field of education and educational psychology, especially university professors in the field of educational management, psychological education and educational technology sciences, senior and middle managers of education. which will be targeted and chain or snowball sampling.

In the quantitative part of the statistical population, there are primary school teachers of West Azarbaijan province, which is considered according to Morgan's table. Considering that the community is discussed, the convenience sampling method is used so that the sample takes place in the community.
