Introduction: In many sports, athletes are required to repeatedly perform a series of vertical jumps at most during sports competitions, and it is obvious that better jumping performance is directly related to their success.

Fortunately, it is well established that many dysfunctional movement patterns can be improved by providing corrective instruction. Jump-landing is one of the main factors in many sports, the correct choice of jumping technique and how to perform it correctly can lead to greater height and better quality of jumping in men and women.

Main objectives: Investigating the effect of mental fatigue on jumping and kinematic performance of female recreational athletes

Specific goals: 1. Investigating the effect of mental fatigue on jumping performance in female recreational jumping athletes. Investigating the effect of mental fatigue on the kinematics of the lower limbs (hip, knee and ankle joints in all three movement planes) of recreational jumping athletes.
