Considering the problems and deficiencies that exist in the quality of the primary education system in Iran and by comparing the conditions of the primary education system in Iran with other leading countries and even with developing countries, as well as Iran's poor results in international evaluation tests Learning progress, it is clear that the issue of improving the quality of primary education is very important and in this way, the capabilities of emerging technologies can be used. In addition, this research is organized in the form of a sequential exploratory plan, in which the qualitative method used by the foundation data theory is the basis for extracting the research components and measures, and the quantitative method is used to validate the model designed through a qualitative approach. . As a result, in order to achieve a quality education system, it is necessary to identify the pattern of improving the quality of education with an emphasis on emerging technologies. By compiling and validating the model for improving the quality of primary education based on emerging technologies, it is possible to explain the direction and path of schools and educational institutions in providing quality educational services.
