Formulating a conceptual model and building a tool to measure teachers' awareness of new formative evaluation in the framework of the educational system, deep question and answer theory, deep knowledge tracking, deep learning, technology and artificial intelligence are needed to fill the gap between traditional educational methods and innovative methods. Teachers in the effective implementation of new formative evaluation strategies that are in line with cultural norms, the lack of tools to measure teachers' awareness of new formative evaluation in this unique field hinders the optimization of teaching methods and students' learning results.
This study aims to address this gap by developing a conceptual model and comprehensive tool that not only assesses teacher awareness, but also integrates deep learning, artificial intelligence technologies, and approaches to foster innovative formative assessment practices in educational settings.
Another issue is the need to evaluate and increase teachers' awareness of new formative evaluation. There is limited research on how to measure and improve teachers' awareness of this educational practice. Without a clear understanding of teachers' awareness levels, it is challenging to design targeted professional development programs and interventions to support teachers in effectively implementing innovative formative assessment strategies.

It involves collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. Key data analysis techniques used include exploratory/confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling.
