This qualitative study aims to design a family-centered social work intervention to reintegrate out-of-school children into the formal education system. Data will be collected through semi-structured interviews with children, their families, educators, and social work professionals. Thematic analysis will be used to explore various dimensions of school dropout, including individual, familial, economic, and social factors, as well as structural and motivational barriers to returning. Based on the emerging themes, a practical intervention will be developed that focuses on strengthening family support, enhancing social capital, and building effective links with educational and support institutions. The proposed model aims to provide a culturally appropriate and operational framework for social workers working with vulnerable children. It seeks to promote educational reintegration and reduce inequality by addressing root causes of dropout. The findings of this study can be utilized in social policy-making and the development of intervention programs at both national and community levels to support educational access and continuity for disadvantaged children.
