Research problem: Considering the implementation of new population policies in the country after the promulgation of the Family and Youth Protection Law and the necessity of paying attention to infertile women in order to increase the fertility rate on the one hand, and also the professional exposure here as a family health expert of the Hashtrood County Health and Treatment Network with infertile women and couples who are looking for a comprehensive treatment and support system for infertility treatment, women who are hopefully searching for new treatment options and also a way to reduce the costs of infertility diagnosis and treatment so that they can perhaps play their maternal role. And also observing the wandering of infertile women due to the different medical centers, insurances covered, the onslaught of information and news, women's efforts to get rid of social stigma and also to satisfy their maternal instinct prompted me to conduct research on the lived experience of infertile women who have attempted infertility treatment within the framework of the Family and Youth Protection Law.

Objective: To investigate and understand the lived experiences of infertile women in accessing and benefiting from the treatment and support facilities of the Family and Youth Protection Law.

This study adopts a qualitative research design. The qualitative method of this research includes two parts: library review and in-depth interviews. The study sample consists of 35 married women in Hashtrood city who have been receiving services since November 1401 after being diagnosed with infertility.
