Comparing the Effect of cognitive load intensity on kinematic, coordination, and movement variability while jump landing in female athletes with dynamic knee valgus
Given the clinical significance of dynamic knee valgus and the potential effects of cognitive load on motor control and the risk of sports injuries in female athletes, and considering the necessity of investigating the effect of different intensities of cognitive load on motor performance, the present study aims to compare the effect of cognitive load intensity on the kinematics, coordination, and variability of jumping and landing in female athletes with dynamic knee valgus. By providing more precise information about how different levels of cognitive demand affect motor control mechanisms in this group of athletes during jumping and landing movements, this research endeavors to contribute to the development of more effective training interventions for the prevention of sports injuries.
