Academic health is a synonym for school-based mental health, which provides a rich source of information to professionals, schools, and families, so that with the help of this knowledge they can raise students who think better, live healthier lives, and learn more optimally. and they behave. Based on the review study, there have been many studies on the mental health of students, and a significant number of them have been conducted on children and adolescents with physical problems such as obesity and diabetes or behavioral and mood problems. . It seems that less effort and money has been spent to help ordinary students to realize all their potentials and enjoy a life beyond the ordinary life. In addition, the study point of view of this research is based on a multi-faceted view of academic health. Previous interventions and methods have often dealt with one aspect, but since man has a multifaceted creation, in order to improve his quality of life, it is necessary to look at different aspects of his existence. This important issue requires interdisciplinary interactions of experts, which has taken initial steps in the field of medicine and psychology and needs to be further explained and expanded.
