Summary: With the decrease in physical fitness of teenagers in recent decades all over the world and as the growth and development in this age group is very important, they should try to do sports exercises and the age of championships and desire for professional sports has decreased, coaches and Sports politicians are turning to higher level training
Method: 36 active adolescent from Saveh city will participate in this research.
Discussion : this age group is before prepuberty and the growth plates are still active, it is necessary to try to increase the efficiency of sports training so that they can have better physical fitness in the future and in old age. On the other hand, adolescent turn to championship and professional sports and new exercises.
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to combine new exercises and compare the effect of these two types of new exercise combinations so that adolescent, parents and coaches can get information about the best type of combined exercise.
